2013
There has to be a better way...
Tomas Posker had been visiting Silicon Valley and wanted to share this amazing experience with his grandma. Despite all the attempts to get the communication apps running remotely and despite Tomas's experience in IT, he wasn't able to do so. He believed there has to be a better way to communicate with our senior loved ones.
There was nothing
Tomas didn't find anything that would work well so he started to think about a completely new solution. That is how the Oscar Senior idea was born.
2014
Let's do this!
Tomas soon figured out that this communication platform adjusted for specific needs of seniors can help elderly people all over the world to stay in touch with their families, to have fun online in a safe space and to learn technology even though they didn't grow up in today's digital world. He put together a team to start developing their own communication platform for seniors.

Working with Google for Startups
We were chosen for the six-month Campus Residency program. The program was a great opportunity for us to grow and get confirmation that Oscar Enterprise has a lot of potential. And we are dedicated to succeed – our sales growth is 250% from month to month.
2019
Everybody deserves to age happily and in a dignified way
We want to make it possible. Our elderly loved ones have taken care of us and now it is our turn to give it back. We owe it to the community.
Oscar Enterprise is a very helpful platform for home care agencies, senior care facilities, social care and a variety of companies who need to communicate with senior clients. Currently, Oscar Enterprise helps mainly care companies and city councils to connect with seniors and offer them better services according to their specific needs.
2019-2020
Business Takes Off
Oscar Senior transitioned from a promising startup to a sustainable business. We onboarded key European care organizations, refined our platform based on real-world feedback, and built a foundation for international growth. This period validated our mission and prepared us for expansion.
2021
US Expansion Begins
In 2021, Oscar Senior expanded into the United States, onboarding the first American care providers and validating demand for digital senior engagement tools. This marked the beginning of a new market chapter focused on remote care support and scalable deployment models.
2023
Establishing Presence in the U.S.
By 2023, our U.S. growth became more formalized with the hire of our first U.S.-based team member dedicated to customer success and market activation. This strengthened our connection with American care organizations and helped accelerate adoption across facilities.
2025
A New Technological Foundation
In 2025, we introduced a major platform upgrade with enhanced automation, improved care workflows, and stronger AI-driven capabilities to maximize efficiency for care teams. The update laid the groundwork for future innovation in cognitive support, engagement, and organizational scalability.
